At the Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Hamburg, the majority of the Indian materials are shelved under Cod. Palmbl., denoting that they are palm-leaf manuscripts. There are also a number of items in the Cod. Orient. collection, as well as the Oppert and Schrader collections.
